Before and After Real Estate Photos in Atlanta, GA

Think before you hire a "professional" real estate photographer

Choosing the perfect real estate photographer from the start is of utmost importance, as it not only saves you valuable resources like money and time, but also spares you from unnecessary annoyance. Allow me to present an instance of a house that was captured by a supposedly "expert" real estate photographer.

We were brought on board to redo this listing due to subpar photography. Firstly, one must question the wisdom of capturing a listing amidst a downpour. Not only is it an ill-conceived notion, but it results in a chaotic array of exterior photos, as evident in this particular case.

As a professional real estate photographer, it's our job to direct our clients to what will produce the best photos for their clients. This is clearly not an ideal situation to photograph a listing, and we certainly wouldn't have scheduled the shoot for this rainy day.

Our recommendation would be to consider rescheduling the shoot for a day when the weather is both sunny and dry. Avoid falling prey to subpar real estate photography.
