Coverage for your listing

What we photograph
in Marietta.

01

Interior and exterior photography

Clean, consistent photographs show the approach, room layout, finishes, and outdoor spaces. Give buyers a clear view of the home from the first frame onward.

02

Aerial drone photography

Show lot size, tree cover, and the neighborhood setting where flight is permitted. Aerial images help explain how the house sits on its grounds; they do not establish legal boundaries.

03

Homes, townhomes, and new construction

Coverage for single-family homes, townhomes, historic properties, and new construction. Build the shoot around the layout and features that distinguish the actual listing.

04

Vacant, staged, and occupied listings

Prepare rooms, porches, driveways, and outdoor seating before arrival. Clear surfaces and arrange access so the appointment stays focused on photographing the property.

Why Marietta listings need great media.

Marietta is a high-volume market with active buyers and plenty of competition. Consistent, professional photography helps agents present every listing well, whether it is a starter home or a larger family property, and gives sellers confidence in how their home is being marketed.

Consistency means giving each property a clear presentation, not using the same angles regardless of the home. Near the Square, an entrance, porch, or original detail may deserve attention early in the gallery. In an established neighborhood, the strongest feature might be a renovated kitchen, generous gathering space, or a private backyard.

For a townhome, show how the living levels connect and where buyers enter from the garage or street. For new construction, plan the appointment after finishes, fixtures, and landscaping are ready. When the grounds are part of the appeal, pair exterior photographs with appropriate aerial coverage to explain the setting. A floor plan can help buyers connect the rooms and levels they see in the gallery.

Before your appointment

Frequently asked questions.

How should I plan photography for several listings?

Send Matt the property addresses, services needed, and target launch dates so each appointment can be planned around the actual home. Confirm availability, access, and delivery timing for each shoot before setting your marketing schedule. See our current pricing for the packages available.

Do you offer drone photography in Marietta?

Yes. Our drone pilot is FAA Part 107 certified. Send the address before booking so we can assess airspace restrictions, site conditions, and any required permissions or authorizations before confirming aerial coverage. Weather, tree cover, and safe operating conditions also affect the flight. Community or HOA permission alone does not authorize a flight in restricted airspace.

What does Marietta real estate photography cost?

See our pricing page for current photography packages, luxury options, and drone coverage. Email Matt with the address, finished square footage, services needed, and target listing date if you would like help choosing coverage before booking.
