Coverage for your listing

What we photograph
in Atlanta.

Aerial drone photography

03

Condos, lofts, and homes

Coverage for condos, lofts, townhomes, single-family homes, and luxury listings. Plan the angles and supporting media around the property’s strongest features.

04

Vacant, staged, and occupied properties

Prepare rooms, balconies, porches, and grounds before arrival. Clear surfaces and arrange access so the appointment can focus on the home rather than last-minute preparation.

Show the whole property

Why Atlanta listings need great media.

In-town Atlanta buyers move quickly and compare many listings at once. Condos and lofts sell on light, space, and views. Single-family homes sell on setting and character. Photography that fits the property type and the neighborhood gives agents a real advantage.

For a condo or loft, show the complete living space before moving to finishes and details. Establish the relationship between the kitchen, seating, and windows, then show the actual outlook from the unit. A balcony view should belong to that property, with shared rooftops or amenities identified separately.

For a bungalow, townhome, or larger home, make the approach and room connections easy to understand. Show the porch, garden, or pool in relation to the house. Aerial coverage can help explain the setting when a flight is appropriate, while a floor plan can clarify stairs, additions, and living levels. Choose the media around what buyers need to understand about this address.

Before your appointment

Frequently asked questions.

Do you photograph high-rise condos?

Yes. Arrange building entry, parking, elevator access, and permission for any shared amenities before the appointment. Share concierge instructions, photography hours, and access restrictions when booking. Have the unit and balcony ready, and tell us which views belong to the property so we can represent them accurately. Confirm your preferred shoot timing and delivery deadline in advance.

Do you offer drone photography in Atlanta?

Yes. Our drone pilot is FAA Part 107 certified. Send the property address before booking so we can assess airspace restrictions, site conditions, and any required permissions or authorizations before confirming aerial coverage. Flight also depends on weather and safe operating conditions. Building or HOA permission alone does not authorize a flight in restricted airspace; aerial coverage is confirmed for the actual location.
